Manfred Schneider carries responsibility for all strategic, sales and operational aspects of MICRONIX USA. Before founding MICRONIX USA, Manfred held engineering and executive management positions at various industry leading companies including NEWPORT Corp. (now MKS). Prior to founding MICRONIX USA, he was vice president of engineering at Extron Electronics, the industry leader in the Audio/Video distribution and processing market.
He obtained his Dipl. Ing. (BSEE) from the FH Regensburg (Germany) and Master of Science in Robotics and Controls from Clemson University, which he attended on a Fulbright scholarship. His thesis on several advanced motion control algorithms was published by IEEE journals. He later obtained an MBA from University of Southern California. Manfred holds several US patents and pending patents.
Kathryn Ahl is responsible for all financial and administrative aspects of MICRONIX USA. Kathryn has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and human resource management. She has worked for small, medium, and large size companies in a variety of industries. Most recently she served as Director of Enterprise Financial Reporting at Freedom Communications located in Irvine, California.
Kathryn earned a CPA and CMA, as well as an MBA from Pepperdine University, Malibu California. She graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arizona, Tucson.
