Description


The MMC-103 is a high performance integrated piezo motor controller/driver designed to be used as a standalone 3 axis unit. The MMC-103 is capable of driving 3 piezo motors 3 mm/s in open loop with a resolution of down to 1 nm. The closed loop resolution is dependent on the resolution of the encoder. MICRONIX Motion Control Language allows for easy programming through simple ASCII commands.
